Head Coach Don Koontz enters into his second season at USW. Coach Koontz attended Texas Tech University  where he received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sports Sciences. While at Texas Tech he was a member of the Cross Country & Track. There Koontz received three  time All Conference honors in the 800m & 1500m.
